Purchased directly

Policy applies to orders placed via our official online store.

14 days

Standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery (EU consumer right).

Unused condition

No mounting, no tool marks. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Non-EU note

Mark parcels as Returned Goods to avoid customs delays / double taxation.

IMPORTANT: Special order items
Products made to custom specifications (finish, bespoke fitment dimensions, one-off engineering) are non-returnable.

The Return & Exchange Process

  1. Step 1: Notification
    Submit your request via the form. Use your order number and add photos if fitment-related.
  2. Step 2: Documentation
    Include your order number inside the package. Items must be unused and not mounted.
  3. Step 3: Shipping
    Ship to our address in Poland. Non-EU: mark as Returned Goods to avoid customs issues.
