Duties, taxes & customs clearance
For shipments outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient. If a buyer refuses to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned, we may refund the order value minus shipping and return costs.

Authorized delivery without signature & high-value orders
If the customer authorizes delivery without signature (e.g., leaving the parcel at an entrance/door/concierge), responsibility transfers once the carrier deposits the package at the indicated location. We cannot assume loss, theft or incidents after an authorized delivery.
For security reasons, orders of high value may require signature upon delivery. In such cases, address changes or signature waiver may not be available.
