Warranty

All MG Centerlock products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. We stand behind our engineering and materials — please follow the procedure below to ensure fast evaluation.

1-year limited warranty

All MG Centerlock hardware is covered for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery.

Proof of purchase required

A valid order confirmation or invoice is required for any warranty claim.

Technical evaluation

Every claim is inspected by our technical team to determine root cause and eligibility.

Non-EU shipments

Mark parcels as Returned Goods. Do not declare commercial value to avoid customs delays or double taxation.

Warranty scope
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Custom finishes, bespoke fitment dimensions and one-off engineering projects are evaluated individually.

The Warranty Process

  1. Step 1: Documentation
    Submit your warranty claim via our form. If requested, include your full name, address, phone number, proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.
  2. Step 2: Shipping
    Send the faulty items to our facility in Poland. Items must be clean and safely packed. Non-EU customers: do not declare commercial value — we recommend Fedex for international shipments.
  3. Step 3: Evaluation
    Our technical team evaluates each claim within 10 business days (up to 15 during peak season). You’ll receive email confirmation once inspection is complete.
