Custom mounting hardware for your existing Aerodiscs or Turbofans

The MG-line Custom Centerlock Nut Kit is a made-to-order mounting solution for customers who already have their own Aerodiscs, Turbofans or similar aerodynamic wheel covers and need a dedicated way to mount them to compatible aluminum wheels.

Each set includes two centerlock-style mounting nuts together with two custom-made wheel adapters. The adapters are manufactured individually according to the dimensions and geometry of the customer’s wheels, allowing the mounting system to be prepared specifically for the intended setup.

The centerlock-style nuts are CNC-machined from PA4 aluminum alloy and have an outer diameter of 100 mm. Standard versions are anodized, while optional custom finishes can be powder-coated in selected motorsport-inspired colors.

The front of each nut is designed for a compatible 56 mm center cap, allowing the finished setup to be personalized. Center caps are not included.

This product includes the mounting system only. Aerodiscs, Turbofans and wheels are not included.

This system is created for customers who already have their own aerodynamic wheel covers. Instead of replacing the Aerodisc or Turbofan, MG-line prepares the mounting components required to integrate it with the selected aluminum wheel setup.

Each adapter is manufactured according to the dimensions and geometry of the customer’s wheel. This allows the mounting system to be prepared specifically for the intended application rather than relying on a universal fit.

The 100 mm centerlock-style mounting nuts are CNC-machined from PA4 aluminum alloy for precise geometry, low weight and a clean technical appearance. Standard nuts are anodized, with custom powder-coated finishes available as an option.

The mounting nut does more than secure the Aerodisc. Its 100 mm centerlock-inspired design becomes a visible part of the finished wheel setup, while the 56 mm center area can accept a compatible center cap for additional personalization.

Because Aerodiscs and Turbofans can differ significantly in shape and mounting geometry, accurate measurements and clear photos are required before production.

The adapters are manufactured individually according to the approved wheel and Aerodisc / Turbofan dimensions.

Aerodiscs, Turbofans, wheels and 56 mm adhesive center stickers are not included.
Installation
The mounting system is prepared specifically for the wheel and Aerodisc or Turbofan configuration provided during the ordering process.

Install the custom adapter in the approved wheel-center position, place the Aerodisc or Turbofan according to the prepared configuration and secure it using the corresponding centerlock-style mounting nut.

Before final installation, make sure all components seat correctly and that the Aerodisc has sufficient clearance from the wheel, brake components and surrounding vehicle parts.

The supplied mounting components should only be used with the wheel and aerodynamic cover configuration for which they were manufactured.

Are Aerodiscs or Turbofans included with this product?

No. This product includes only the custom mounting system. The customer must already have the Aerodiscs, Turbofans or other compatible wheel covers they want to install.

How many wheels does one kit cover?

One set includes mounting components for two wheels: two centerlock-style mounting nuts and two custom-made adapters.

Is this a universal mounting kit?

No. Each kit is made to order according to the dimensions and geometry of the customer’s wheels and existing Aerodiscs or Turbofans.

What measurements do you need?

We require clear photos and accurate measurements of the wheel center, mounting area and existing Aerodisc or Turbofan before production.

What are the mounting nuts made from?

The nuts are CNC-machined from PA4 aluminum alloy.

What finish is available?

The standard version is anodized. Optional custom finishes can be powder-coated in selected colors.

Can I add a logo to the center?

The nut is designed for a compatible 56 mm adhesive center sticker. Stickers are not included.

Can this kit be used with any aluminum wheel?

This product is made to order. Before production, send us clear photos and accurate measurements of both the wheel center and your existing Aerodisc or Turbofan. We will use this information to prepare the correct mounting configuration.
