CNC Hexagonal Nut for Lenso BSX wheels

The MG-line Hexagonal Nut CNC for Lenso BSX is designed around the original threaded center used on compatible BSX wheels.

The nut uses the dedicated internal thread corresponding with the Lenso wheel-center configuration, allowing direct installation without an additional MG-line adapter.

Manufactured from PA6 duraluminium, the large hexagonal center and visible CNC machining complement the classic multi-piece-inspired character of the Lenso BSX.

Key features

A distinctive classic wheel-center upgrade

A distinctive classic wheel-center upgrade

The MG-line Hexagonal Nut gives the wheel center a stronger and more distinctive character while preserving the classic motorsport-inspired shape associated with traditional multi-piece and tuning wheels. It works as a visual focal point that can completely change the appearance of the finished wheel.

Precision-machined construction

Precision-machined construction

Each MG-line Hexagonal Nut is precisely machined to achieve clean geometry, sharp edges and a high-quality fit. The substantial hexagonal form creates a solid technical appearance that works particularly well with classic BBS and period-inspired wheel designs.

Raw CNC machine finish

Raw CNC machine finish

The CNC Machine Finish leaves the machined surface visible, highlighting the geometry and manufacturing character of the component. The result is a clean, technical appearance with a raw aluminum-style look that works especially well on motorsport, OEM+ and classic builds.

Fitment designed around the original wheel center

Fitment designed around the original wheel center

Each Hexagonal Nut configuration is designed around the mounting system of the compatible wheel. Depending on the application, the nut uses the original threaded wheel center or a dedicated MG-line mounting adapter prepared specifically for the wheel geometry.

Why choose the CNC Hexagonal Nut for Lenso BSX?

The Lenso BSX draws heavily from classic motorsport and multi-piece wheel styling. A substantial hexagonal center fits naturally with this design and gives the wheel a more authentic, mechanical focal point.

The raw machined finish reinforces that technical character.

What’s Included
Visual overview of the components included in the set.

Visual overview of the components included in the set.

One complete MG-line Hexagonal Nut set includes four hexagonal wheel-center nuts for four compatible Lenso BSX wheels.

The nuts use the corresponding internal thread designed for the original Lenso BSX wheel-center configuration, so no separate MG-line mounting adapter is required.

The Lenso version is manufactured from PA6 duraluminium.
Installation
The Lenso BSX version mounts using the corresponding original-style internal thread of the compatible wheel center.

Before installation, make sure both threaded surfaces are clean and undamaged. Start the nut carefully by hand and do not force the component if abnormal resistance is felt.

No separate MG-line mounting adapter is required.
MG Hexagonal Nuts – Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Lenso BSX Hexagonal Nut require a mounting adapter?

No. The Lenso BSX version uses the compatible internal thread designed for the original BSX wheel-center configuration.

Are all MG Hexagonal Nuts mounted in the same way?

No. The mounting system depends on the wheel application. Selected BBS models use direct 58 mm or 71 mm thread configurations, Lenso BSX uses its compatible internal wheel-center thread, while other applications use a dedicated MG-line mounting adapter.

Which products use the 58 mm or 71 mm thread options?

Compatible BBS RC 300 Series, BBS RS / RSII / RC and BBS RC 041 / BMW Style 29 applications are available with 58 mm and 71 mm thread configurations. The correct option must correspond with the original threaded wheel center.

Which products use a dedicated mounting adapter?

BBS RC 090 / BMW Style 5, BBS Styling 101 and BBS RT075 configurations use dedicated mounting adapters. The Mirror Polished BBS RF Series version also uses an adapter-based mounting solution.

What is the difference between CNC Machine Finish and Mirror Polished?

CNC Machine Finish retains the visible machined surface for a more technical and raw appearance. Mirror Polished versions are further finished to achieve a smooth, highly reflective surface with a more classic and premium character.

Do these nuts replace the way the wheel is attached to the vehicle?

No. MG-line Hexagonal Nuts are wheel-center components and do not replace the original wheel-to-hub mounting system.

Are these original BBS or Lenso products?

No. They are aftermarket products manufactured by MG-line and designed for compatible wheel applications. Wheel manufacturer and model names are used to identify compatibility.
