The MG-line Aerodisc Kit is a complete full-face wheel cover system developed for selected compatible BBS CH wheel configurations.
Each set includes four Aerodiscs together with dedicated wheel-specific mounting adapters and center mounting nuts. The mounting system is prepared around the geometry of the compatible aluminum wheel, allowing each Aerodisc to be positioned and secured without relying on a universal attachment solution.
The smooth full-face design creates a completely different visual character compared with the original open-spoke wheel, giving the setup a stronger motorsport and aerodynamic-inspired appearance while retaining the original wheel underneath.
Because BBS CH wheels are available in different sizes, offsets and center configurations, every order is verified individually. After your order is placed, we will contact you if additional wheel specifications, measurements or clear photos of the wheel center are required before production.
The original wheel-to-hub mounting remains unchanged. The MG-line Aerodisc system is an aftermarket wheel-cover solution and does not convert the wheel to a functional centerlock system.
MG-line is an independent aftermarket manufacturer. This product is not manufactured, sponsored, endorsed or approved by BBS. The BBS name and wheel model reference are used solely to identify compatibility.

The Aerodisc transforms the detailed multi-piece appearance of the wheel into a much smoother and more radical full-face design. It creates a strong motorsport and aerodynamic-inspired look while allowing the original wheel to remain underneath.
Each Aerodisc is produced from shaped ABS to create a clean full-face surface without unnecessary weight. Standard versions are available in black or white, allowing the system to work with both understated and more contrasting vehicle setups.
Each Aerodisc is installed using a dedicated wheel-specific adapter and a single center mounting nut. The mounting components are prepared around the compatible aluminum wheel geometry to create a clean and properly positioned installation.
The system is available for selected 18", 19", 20" and 21" BBS LM configurations and can be prepared for different bolt patterns. Each order is checked against the exact wheel specification before the mounting components are prepared.
