19" Aerodisc Kit engineered for 8J ET45 steel wheels

The MG-line Aerodisc Kit is a complete full-face wheel cover system developed specifically for 19" steel wheels in 8J ET45, 5x112 specification.

Unlike universal wheel covers, this system is designed around a defined steel wheel geometry. Each set includes four ABS Aerodiscs together with dedicated mounting adapters and Aerodisc mounting nuts, creating a clean and securely positioned full-face setup.

The Aerodiscs are available in black or white and can be ordered either as the complete Aerodisc mounting system for compatible steel wheels or together with matching ALCAR steel wheels.

When the optional ALCAR steel wheels are selected, applicable TÜV documentation for the wheel can be checked through the official ALCAR certificate database according to the specific vehicle application. Please note that this documentation applies to the steel wheel itself and does not certify the MG-line Aerodisc or its mounting components.

The result is a distinctive motorsport-inspired wheel design built around a specific 19 x 8J ET45 configuration rather than a universal fit.

Installation
The Aerodiscs are installed using the dedicated mounting adapters and Aerodisc mounting nuts supplied with the kit.

Before installation, confirm that the wheel specification corresponds with the selected Aerodisc configuration. Make sure all mounting surfaces and components are clean and undamaged.

Position the dedicated adapter according to the supplied configuration, place the Aerodisc correctly on the wheel and secure it using the corresponding mounting nut.

The Aerodisc system does not replace or alter the original wheel-to-hub mounting.
